Arrival at the hotel, which is gonna be our base for the next few days. Golden Marathon Tours team will be there for you to welcome you and help you with anything you might need.
After check in, we head to the marathon's Expo and get all the necessary equipment for the race.

2nd Day Plan:
After enjoying our breakfast at the hotel, a morning workout is well-recomended.
Then, a lot of free time remains, for sightseeing and wandering around the beautiful city of Paris.

Marathon Day
3rd Day Plan:
Transportation to the marathon starting point, along with Golden Marathon Tours team guidance. If you are an athlete we make sure you get to the right spot on time and if you are an athlete's escort we help you find a good place for watching the marathon.
After marathon race, there is plenty of free time for sightseeing and wandering around the beautiful city of Paris.

The Paris Marathon was established in 1977 during the beginning of a craze for big city international marathons. Paris hosts one of the largest and most popular events of its kind in Europe, thanks to the lure of the romantic city and an abundance of stunning architecture.

In April, this race across Paris, taking in the Champs Elysées, the Bois de Vincennes and Boulogne, offers an incomparable backdrop, with spectacular views and landmarks all along the route.
Run through the most famous avenues of the French capital. From the foot of the Arc de Triomphe the route heads towards the Place de la Concorde. From the Rue de Rivoli you sweep through the Place de la Bastille. You will catch a glimpse of greenery in the Bois de Vincennes which has views of the Eiffel Tower before you head towards the finish line on the Avenue Foch. Every year, this unique and spectacular setting attracts more and more entrants. There are now more than 23,000 runners from abroad, making up 40% of the field.

NOVOTEL PARIS CENTRE TOUR EIFFEL ****
The Novotel Paris Centre Eiffel Tower is situated in the heart of Paris opposite the Seine. Many attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame and the Louvre within walking distance.
All air-conditioned rooms are decorated in light colors and include a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. The hotel features 24-hour security staff, a gym, an indoor heated pool and, for an additional fee, parking. Guests can choose between the limited early-bird breakfast, a buffet or a breakfast at the bar with hot drinks and unlimited croissants. The hotel also has two restaurants, Novotel Cafe offering a light lunch or Benkay offering sushi and Japanese dishes.
The Novotel Paris Centre Eiffel Tower is centrally located less than 1.6 km from the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre and the Grand Palais. The Paris airport can be reached within 20-minutes and public transportation for access to all of Paris is nearby.
